Condoleeza Rice is back, and this time, it's personal.
Ms. Rice doesn't like Congress, or the people in it, very much at all. Barbara Boxer was nasty to her, and John Kerry is just soooooo booooorrrring, and John McCain is a little red-faced and wicked mad. There she was, all prim and professorial, just trying to work things out in the war that she'd helped her bosses lie the country into, and she has to sit there while the freaks all gibbered around her like they had some important function in government or something. She still has "frustrations" with Congress "over its interference in foreign policy." It's not like there's anything about that in the Constitution or anything.
